Over the course of one of my digital advertising classes, I studied Samsung's branding and social media strategy. At the end of my research, I compiled what I learned about digital marketing and the rhetoric of this international brand into an "open letter" to Samsung. In this self-published piece, I critique their web content and limited use of inbound marketing, as well as make suggestions for how they could appeal to a wider audience on all of their social media platforms.
